Parent + Infant Series - Newborns to precrawlers (approx. 10 months)

Be prepared to have fun! Lots of time to practice massage, meet new friends and sing songs!

About 45 minutes in length per class depending on the group size. A new portion of the massage routine are presented and reviewed each week. At the end of the series, you will learn how to give your baby a full-body massage, when to massage and when not to and how to relieve a troubled tummy (constipation, colic and gas).

Babies rule this class; feeding, diapering, sleeping, crying and laughing are all welcomed! Moms and dads (or other caregivers) are both welcome to attend with their baby. Massage oil and handouts will be provided.

Group class at my studio: $100 per family (2 adults + 1 baby) - Class meets 3 times.
You will need a yoga mat and soft blanket for your baby.
1 hour Private class in my studio is $80

Learn Baby Massage Workshop (for adults only)

This workshop is for adults – parents, nurses, future parents, caregivers, grandparents – who would like to learn to massage an infant or toddler. In this one-time 90-minute class, you will learn massage strokes to help you give a full-body massage to a young child in your care. Topics included in the class include:

- When to massage and when not to
- How to relieve a troubled tummy (constipation, colic and gas)
- How to adapt infant massage strokes for toddlers

Cost: $35 per adult. Please, no children allowed. Dolls will be used in class to practice the strokes. You will need a yoga mat or towel to sit on.

Classes can be hosted in a private or professional setting of your choice. And with a minimum of participants, you may earn your class for free!
